New Job Opportunities in Haiti

We're excited to announce that we have some new long term opportunities in Haiti!  We're currently looking to build a dynamic team in Haiti who'll help expand our vision, especially around our disability and maternal/infant health projects.

If you're looking for an overseas opportunity, then perhaps one of these roles could be what you're looking for.

MATERNITY & NEONATAL COORDINATOR:

HHA co-founded one of north Haiti's leading Maternity and Neonatal Units in 2012 which now provides life-saving care to thousands of women and babies every year.  We have some exciting plans for this work in the coming years and are looking for someone to help develop this work.

DISABILITY COORDINATOR:

HHA is one of the leading rehabilitation providers for persons with disabilities in northern Haiti. Our work includes running a respite centre for children with disabilities and supporting our partner Rehabilitation Unit which cares for persons with Spinal Cord Injuries or Strokes.  We're looking for someone to join the team and help develop these projects in the next year.

HAITI OPERATIONS COORDINATOR:

Our partner hospital has over 100 beds, supports 270 Haitian staff and sees over 20,000 patients a year.  It's a big operation and we're looking for someone who can work alongside our amazing Haiti team to provide operational support for HHA specific projects.

In the past, these roles have been filled by a variety of individuals;  post-graduates looking to get into international development, or individuals looking for a career break or overseas mission opportunity.  As a Christian NGO, applicants should be comfortable working within a Christian organisation.  Applicants should also be able to demonstrate their capacity to work and live in Haiti.  We will be holding interviews on an open on-going basis until the roles are filled.
