Maison de Grâce: A New Chapter of Care

Earlier this year, when our partnership with HCBH came to a close, we remained unwavering in our commitment to ensuring continued care for the most vulnerable—especially the children in our respite care program, many of whom we’ve had the privilege of watching grow and flourish over the years. These children have thrived thanks to the dedicated care, support, and nurturing environment we've built together.

Six months later, with immense support from our HHA community during what has been a challenging transition, we are thrilled to share that Maison de Grâce is now officially open and welcoming its first children!

Maison de Grâce represents a new, forward-thinking centre that not only honours our past but also incorporates years of hands-on experience and local knowledge. With modern facilities and a passionate, well-trained team, the centre is fully equipped to provide specialised care and essential support to children with disabilities. Maison de Grâce is designed to be a nurturing, accessible space with tailored equipment to meet the diverse needs of the children, ensuring they can thrive in a safe, supportive environment.

Our Growing Team

Our local team has grown considerably, with every member undergoing comprehensive training to ensure they are fully equipped to provide the highest standard of care. We are incredibly proud of their dedication to fostering a compassionate environment and continue to invest in their professional development through ongoing workshops, enriching both their skills and the experiences of the children in their care.

Welcoming the Children

As we welcome the children to Maison de Grâce, we are incredibly happy to see them settling in and adapting to their new surroundings. This respite centre offers not just care but also a sense of community and belonging, allowing each child to experience warmth and support in a dedicated space. We are eager to witness the bonds that will form here, as well as the progress each child will make in their journey!
