"Overcoming poverty is not a gesture of charity. It is an act of justice. It is the protection of a fundamental human right, the right to dignity and a decent life. While poverty persists, there is no true freedom."
Hope Health Action is passionate about advocating on behalf of the world's poorest. Alongside our heart to provide care for those in need today, it's critical we also see lifelong change adopted for those tomorrow.
Hope Health Action is supporting a newly initiated Christian campaign called End Poverty 2030, which has a heart to engage, equip and empower the local church to end poverty by 2030. Visit the End Poverty 2030 website to find out more, or pop back soon for further updates!
Whilst End Poverty 2030 will continue as an independent campaign to HHA, it has been co-founded by our team and will subsequently be supported by HHA in various ways going forward. For instance, seconding HHA staff to support it, providing office support, and contributing financially.
